Abstract
Chondrodysplasia Calcificans Punctata (CCP), was defined as a clinical entity in 1914 by Conradi and in 1931 Hunermann studied the entity as clinically, pathologically and radiologically. CCP is an epiphyseal dysplasia in which the calcification of the joint cartilaginous tissue is noticed and accompanied by the face and eye anomalies. The patient was admitted with the Rack of extension of both knees and elbows. After clinical and radiological evaluation the patient was diagnosed as CCP. The findings are discussed with literature.
