Abstract
It is already known that the prosthetic application must be done as early as possible (beginning with 2 months of age) in congenital upper limb deficiencies. A Modylar Pylon type upper limb prosthesis is fabricated to a female patient who didn't receive any prosthetic application until 17 years of age and had several deformities due to limb deficiency. The purpose of the application was the functional use of the prosthesis both with prosthesis and using the stump while the prosthesis is on the patient. After prosthetic rehabilitation the patient reached a more functional level and she began to feel herself more comfortable in the society.
