Abstract
Ewing sarcoma is the second most common primary bone tumor of the bone after osteosarcoma mostly seen in childhood and adolescent period. In this study a 25 year old woman patient is discussed who is hospitalised with trombocytopenia and a focal lesion in her left calcaneus and she died as a result of generalized bone morrow infiltration. No pulmonary infiltration was noted in spite of generalized bone morrow infiltration. She was lost with sudden unconsciousness in the fourth day of hospitalization in spite of supplemantary treatment. In the first visit anemia and trombocytopenia was noted and the biopsy taken from the calcaneus was compatible with ewing sarcoma not a hematologic malignancy.
