Abstract

In September 1993, a patient, with bilateral separation of upper epiphyses of the humerus, was operated in our clinic. His age was 14. His fractures were Salter-Harris Type I and Neer-Hortwitz Grade IV. After one year follow-up, he had complete movement of both shoulder joints, and no pain. Radiographic examination was also normal. This case is the first in the Turkish literature and second in the English literature.
