Abstract

A case of traumatic aneurysm, who was hospitalized for tumoral lesion at popliteal fossa is presented with its operative and histopathological findings. The patient was diagnosed as a tumor of mesenchmal origin with laboratory and radiological findings. There is only a few reports about popliteal false aneurysms. False aneurysm and the difficulty of diagnosis are discussed.
