Abstract

50 patients with 52 femur supracondylar fractures were treated and the results were compared according to the treatment modalities. 32 of the 52 fractures were treated conservatively and the rest underwent surgery. The results were evaluated according to the Neer's rating system. The results were found as within the conservative group 97 in Neer Type I, 86 in Neer 2 and 85 in Neer Type 3, in the surgically treated group 71 in Neer Type 2, 64 in Neer Type 3.
