Abstract
Three lower extremities of two cases with congenital total aplasia of the tibia are treated surgically with the centralization of knee and ankle joints, and early results are evaluated. Ages of the cases at the time of operation were 11 and 9 months. Fibula bones are thickened, like tibia bones at the sixth month following operations. Foot deformities of the case with bilateral involvement, and the knee flexion deformity of the other case were recurred during follow-up periods.
