Abstract
A 17-year-old male patient was admitted to our clinic complaints with pain of his both foot. Diagnosis of bilaterally osseos talocalcaneal coalition was confirmed by physical examination, X-Ray and tomography examination. Wedge osteotomi and subtalar arthrodesis was performed. After the operation, subtalar arthrodesis was formed, pain of the patient disappeared and pesplano-valgus improved.
