Abstract
Surgical repair of extansor hallusis longus tendon, may cause scarring and adhesion formation that results in a loss of hallux extension. Also the traumatic laceration of EHL tendon can not be seen frequently. In September 1994, the static and dynamic splints were used with other rehabilitation techniques for the treatment of a patient after extansor hallusis longus tendon repair in Ankara University Dikimevi The School of Occupational Health Services, Prosthetics-Orthotics Laboratory and postoperative complications were tried to be prevented.
