Abstract
Acute compartment syndrome usually occurs as a complication of major lower extremity trauma. Although chronic compartment syndrome is well described and reported in many literature, acute exertional compartment syndrome is rare. We reported an adult male patient who suffered from pain on his right leg and ankle after strenuous tracking activity. We performed immediately fasciatomy for anterolateral compartment of his leg.
