Abstract
In this study we examined the long term results of the Brooker nail, applied for tibial and femur shaft fractures. We observed some long term complications of intramedullary interlocking nails which provide early loading and functional rehabilitation, such as breaking of the interlocking screw, non-union and infection. The reason of these complications are discussed.
