Modified Briston Operation and Postoperative Rehabilitation in Wrestlers with Habitual Dislocation of The Shoulder

Abstract
Habitual dislocation of the shoulder is a condition which disables the patient and causes osteoarthritis of the shoulder in time. The treatment method should enable the shoulder to move with full range of motion and have full strength. 8 wrestlers with habitual dislocation of the shoulder were treated surgically with the modified Bristow technique. The results of this technique and the postoperative rehabilition program are presented.
