Abstract

In children, congenital and posttraumatic ulna pseudoarthrosis is rare. A 15 years old girl was not able to use her left forearm as a result of a trauma she had when she was 4 years old. She had undergone operations at the ages of 8 and 12 in other clinics. She was admitted to our clinic with the same complaint, and was operated by using a vascularized fibula graft and internal fixation. At follow-up, we obtained good radiological, angiographic, sintigraphic, functional and clinical results.
